How to change the customer name of the contract?

Our internet is broken for more than one week. The red light "info" is blinking all the time. We also transferred our contract from one person to another. So we don't know it's the problem of router or the chaos caused by the changes of our contract.

I changed the personal data online. But the web shows if I want to change the customer's name, I should print the document for "Namensänderung"and sent to your company. Is it correct?
