Home box 6441 not connecting to internet

Hi please help. I signed a contract to start using O2 DSL from 17th July 2017 and upto today I have not been able to activate my router (O2 homebox 6441). It refuses to accept the DSL username and password that I got with my contract. I have been paying for nearly  3 months without any service!!!

Lösung von blue_screen

To use a o2 Homebox, you have to enter the 10 digit PIN instead of DSL username and password. See manual.
