Hilfe! Telephone functioniert night mehr nach Tarif upgrade

After the upgrade to the "speed" option yesterday,both the telephone and Internet did not work any more. I have connected the new device one day before the switching date. I have also activated the newly received O2 device with the PIN in the morning of the date of switching. Then the telephone works but not the Internet. However, when I come back from the work without touch anything, nothing work any more. The DSL LED is on, but both LEDs for telephone and Internet are off. Any idea on what happen?

maybe something went wrong with the activation. Could you pls open the browser and enter o2.box and let us know what you see?

O2.box? Is it the software? Since I have no internet and telephone connection now . I can only use my mobilephone for the conversation.

Is it possible to reset the activation procedure? I have already restarted the router several times(with power unplug), however nothing changed. I have also tried to access the router by WAN. It reported no connection to outside(by the way,Ethernet does not work any more. Can only use WAN.)

I guess, there is a misunderstanding.

 

First of all, pls connect your o2 box with the telephone line and your computer / laptop.

 

Then open your browser and enter o2.box in the status bar. You don't need internet access to reach GUI of the box...
