Hi, I ordered my DSL service around 3 months ago and still I dont have my connection. O2 agent was supposed to come to my place yesterday but he didnt. and no one called me since then. There is no email or for customer service. and the hot line number never helps me. any one know what can I do with this terrible situation???????????????????????
