Dear,

Appreciate your kind support to recheck the type of my DSL subscription as i found it om my O2 details as the following :

Minimum contract period

No contract - 4 weeks to the end of the month terminable.

Taking into your consideration that my subscription is Young package with a contract for 2 years.

    Hello,

    to be honest, I don't understand your problem, because actually you have the better option. A contract with no minimum period and the ability to end the contract four weeks to the end of the month is a big advantage compared to a 2 years contract. Or do you pay more than contractually agreed?
