DSL Speed not the same as contract

Hi there,

I don't speak German but I hope someone will be able to help me.

I signed a contract with o2 about 3 weeks ago and just yesterday the technician came to set up the line. I bought the o2 DSL All-in L Professional so I should be getting 50,000 kbit/s. However, the internet download speed now ranges from 16 mbps to 18 mbps and the upload speed is 2.33 mbps.

O2 sent the FRITZ! Box 7490 so I'm using that.
