DSL CONTRACT TERMINATION

Hello I am Tejaswi,

I am moving out of europe at the end of October-2017 and would like to terminate my O2 DSL contract.

I am unable to register under DSL online registration. from  o2 shop i got letter format which i can send to

Telefonica Germany Gmbh & Co. OHG

Ueberseering 33

22297 Hamburg

Do i need to submit the Router ?

if yes can i submit in O2 shop, Reutlingen,

Please help me.

Hi,

the adress is right, you must sent a letter with your wish and a offical dokument like a diregistration to o2, you can do this by post or by Fax 01805-880088.

The router must be sent bachk to o2, a free lable have sent you with the  router or you can print out here https://dsl-retoure.o2online.de/start/Dashboard/Index  (Rücksendeauftrag).
