DSL connection problem

Dear All,

Internet Connect got disconnected suddenly, the light shows red. tried re-setting the modom no luck. Telephone line works good. could you please suggest any workaround. Customer center they don't speak English :frowning

 

Kundennummer: DE13142814

 

Is there any other means where i can reach O2 customer center.
