Contract cancellation status

I want to know my Contract cancellation status. I have sent the signed letter for the contract cancellation and received an SMS that the cancellation is in process and that I would soon receive a response from O2. But unfortunately, till now I did not hear anything from anyone. Hotline is pathetic. I waited 3x60min each for English speaking support, but I've been kicked out of the waiting list :-(

hi Yvonne,

Do you think check status of my cancellation request as well? I sent the request (for my mobile and DSL) and my modem last week. My phone contract is cancelled but I did not get any confirmation for DSL.
