Can't connect the internet after "technischwechsel"

Yesterday i have recevied a message about"technischwechsel", but after that i can't connect the internet. I have restarted the router several times, but it still did't work. It says"Bitter überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung Homebox" .

Hi,

there maybe a mistake by the technician who put your connection at the wrong port. For this you only can get help by the o2-technical support by phone call 0800-5251378 (for free, but you must understand german or you need a helpfull friend who understand and speak german) or by livechat (find at the top of the page) because they must order a new technician.

I have try that livechat, but it always says"Unser Chat ist aktuell leider ausgelastet, so dass wir Sie zeitnah nicht bedienen können.". I will try to call that phonenumber. Thank you very much.
