Can i close my contract?

But if it possible immediatly i need more informations like why you want to close ? Have your contract a minimum contract term ? And so on.

Hi,

if you use a contract witout minimum contract term you can cancel your contract by sending a letter to o2 with post or fax or cancel your contract online and confirm the wish by phone.

If you use a contract with  minimum contract term you must sent a letter by post or fax to o2 wich inclouds your customer number and your wish to end your contract before regular ending, also o2 need a offical document that you leave germany (Abmeldebestätigung).

If o2 confirm your wish you can end your contract befor regular ending by paying 3 x basic charge.
