After moving apartment, still no Internet service

I moved the DSL service 3 weeks ago. Even after the appointment with the Deutsche Telekom technician, I wasn't able to get the service running. The DSL light on the router keeps on blinking the whole time (for a day now), and the INTERNET light on the router is off, even though the technician told me it may take about an hour for the service to get running.

I can connect my computer to the router via WLAN but I have the yellow sign with the connection saying no internet access.

I also tried to reset the router using a small pin in the back of the router, still, no luck.

What should I do to get the service running again?

It's irrelevant what the webinterface is displaying - if the DSL light is still flashing the technician has made a mistake and the router is not able to get in touch with the landline.

I'm afraid you will need to have another appointment so the next technician can fix this.

You can call the hotline at 0800 52 51 378 and they can arrange a callback for you to check this. Other options: Use the chat on this website or write an email to vertragskunden-kontakt@cc.o2online.de .
