Technical Error: DSL Move

Hello Team,

Please help/advice me ASAP!

I am trying to order my move request to my new place from Mein O2. I checked on the portal and the new address is available with O2 services.

So I try to order a move request but right at the last stage just before ordering I receive a “Technical error” without any further details. I tried multiple times, every step works fine only at the last stage I receive this technical error. https://www.o2online.de/edsl/error

O2 shops are all closed presently in my locality due to the present situation. I don’t know what to do!… Please help!...
