router

I need help

I installed the router exactly based on the instruction

Yesterday the telekom man came and said everything is ok

but now i do not have the internet

It should be noted that the internet lamp on the router is also off!!!!

@Elsou what kind of router you use? Can you post the status from all led‘s here?
