Please help in refund request and contract cancellation

I would greatly appreciate some help in checking for a refund and canceling my contract.
After two and a half months, no internet, nothing resolved, no technician appeared.

According to a facebook messaging with one of your colleauges:

  • 'Contact us in our English forums where we can check for a refund, although I always recommend to ask us after an issue was solved because that way we can overlook the complete period and that makes the decision easier.
  • A cancelation needs to be handed in via letter, especially if you want it before the end of the contract period. The address would depend of the beginning of your customer number. If you tell us if it starts with "DE", "S-" or if it contains numbers only, we can look up the correct address for you.'
Please provide an address where I can send my letter.
