Internet connection

Hey, my internet connection got interrupted out of the blue for no reason. Only WLAN and POWER lights are on. Grey cable connected to the grey socket and into the wall. Reset, turn on/off done already. 

Can someone assist? There’s no way to contact an english speaking line?
