DSL Probleme

Hi, i dont really write deutch good so i will write in English. Today around 12 am internet stopped working and internet lamp on router does not blink at all. I tried reseting router but it didnt work. What should i do. Thanks in advance.

You can use the o2 DSL Hilfe App when you are near the router. If the App advises you to call the hotline (08005251378), please do so. If you do not speak German well enough, ask a friend to help you.
