Contract termination issue

My customer Number: 60xxx5191

DSL number: 030-49xxxx42

I want to cancel contract as I have moved out of Germany, returned router as well. But contract still showing active. Please help to terminate.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

 

You can`’t cancel your contract here in our forum. You have to fill out the following formular: https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/67636/9d3f15b4662fcad32f6c6e3bf0a7a390/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download-data.pdf

It is for mobile contracts, but you can use it for DSL, too.

You have to pay the outstanding debts.

What have you done so far to terminate the contract?

Hello BS0,

When I was in Berlin, I mailed a letter to below address stating my hostel owners provided their own wifi and attached official document of it:

If you want to terminate the contract early you need to send a deregistration document from Germany and proof of your residence abroad. You also have to pay 3 months line rental.

Actually, I canceled the contract first due to Hostel owners provided their own wifi which was mandatory to pay for all students. Based on that I requested to cancel the Contract and after a few days, I deregistered from Germany and moved to the USA. That time I didn't have a degeneration document as well as the address proof of Abroad residence.

Now as I am already in Abroad, please cancel the contract and let me know the total charges to pay at once.
