Canceling contract is nightmare!

I am really frustrated with this whole O2 thing. I have never seen your support so broken. Anyways i ordered DSL few days ago now i want to cancel it. I have managed to speak to somebody on whatsapp who said that cancelation has been received. Yet i have no email confirmation. All i get is order status updates for dsl which i dont need. I cant login to your support site as i am not customer yet. Can someone help me cancel this contract? I am well within 10 days cancelation period.

Du musst Widerrufen per email, wie es in der Auftragsbestätigung angegeben ist.

Can you provide me that email address as i am not able to find it anywhere. All i got is some uselss links with order status. Support page will not let me choose most of the options as is asking for telephone numer and password which clearly i do not have.

What is your problem? What comment? You asked for the email address and you got the email address. Nothing more, nothing less! Maybe you should rethink your attitude.
