Hi,

if the connection data are right (for example l=little written L or big wirtten i) ? Wich report is written in the event log ?

Have you install the router by insatllation guide like this

1. Fritzbox 7490 to connect to the DSL

2. For Internet => select access data as internet provider "o2 DSL" enter your Internet access data, remove the checkmark "Check internet connection after transfer" and accept the data.

3. Now leave the Fritzbox for 5 minutes in peace. The Fritz box is after the establishment of the Internet connection the VoIP access data from the o2 Autokonfigurationsserver call.

4. If the 5 minutes around are to look, whether the Fritz box the telephone numbers have automatically configured and these are registered. If this is not the case, please wirte here and post a screenshot of the event log of the Fritzbox (System => Events).

Is this all not helpfull please call from tomorrow morning 8 a clock the technican hotline 0800-5251378 (for free), but remember that there is a german speaking voice menu.
