I want to terminate my Prepaid SIM in O2. I read the guideline and saw that I have to fill out a form and send it by post letter.
1) Is sending a post letter the only way to get my top-up balance back? How long will the process take after sending the letter?
2) Also, I never got to use these plans as my SIM got terminated as soon as I signed up for another contract. Do you think it is possible to get a refund on these plans?
