I just did a recharge with another plan on my O2 sim before the completion of 28 days of my previous plan. The new recharge went successful but after finishing 28 days my previous plan automatically got recharged. I immediately cancelled the plan but I didn't get any refund for that. How can I get a refund and how can I turn off automatic recharge?
