Problem with paying (Prepaid)

Hello! I loaded money in the beginning of the month to pay my monthly pack. The problem is money is gone somewhere, but a pack was not activated. Is it possible to see a list of operations or at least to talk to a consultant to find what the case is

did you transfer the money from your bank account?

Did you use your personal purpose of use on that transaction?

Or what did you mention there?

To get to know your own personal purpose of use you can send a message from that prepaid number with "Bank" to the 56656.

If we can not relate the money to your number we will return the payment to your bank account.
