POOR QUALITY OF O2 DSL CUSTOMER SERVICES

Hello All,

I will write an O2 DSL application story...

1- Applied for DSL 8th of january 2016

2- 29th of january FIRST appointment for technician to put internet through, TECHNICIAN DID NOT COME HOME,

3- 5th of february SECOND appointment for technician to put internet through, TECHNICIAN DID NOT COME HOME,

4- called min 100 times and no support, no communications.

5- hardly get another appointment 12th of feb...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; VERY DISAPPOINTING....

IGNORE IF POSSIBLE....

I will be very happy CS can call me....

Hello Nagu, i´m sorry, but we cant anrrange a callback in english for you.

Our DSL english hotline is available during 11am and 3pm.

I hope the next tecnician visit will be successfull. Sorry for the trouble.
