Asking of DSL contract termination

Dear O2 DSL service,

Although I've sent a post-mail of DSL contract termination at 20.09.2015, I didn't receive any confirmation mail.

Because I received a confirmation mail from O2-mobile at the end of September,

I convince such a termination mail was delivered at the same time.



Please, let me know.

Unfortunately I cannot find any notice of withdrawal of your DSL contract.

Therefore please submit it again.

My colleagues will take care of it then as soon as possible.

Because it is quite urgent, please let me know your colleague's email and/or phone number.

Also, I know I could terminate it based on German law, and I will send you Abmeldung and flight ticket.

Let me ask, why doesn't it completed in only DSL? O2-mobile has been completed at September even I sent two mails for mobile and DSL separately! It is quite strange and I can never understand.

I'm very sorry. I can't explain why we have´t received a cancelation letter for your DSL contract. Unfortunately I can give you no email address for your cancelation. Therefore please send it via letter.
