conrtact termination [English]


Hello there,

My German isn't very good, so I hope its alright if I write here in English. I really need your help.

I'm an exchange student and I registered for a O 2 Blue All-in L Flex 0176-83428233. I want to terminate my contract since I'm leaving on August 31st 2015. I know its still months away but I heard these things takes time. So, What is the fastest and surest way to do it? I've browsed the forum and I'm still not sure how to do it properly. It would be nice if you could send me the cancelation form.



I see people here experience a lot of trouble and I want to avoid all of it. What documents do I need? Is there a fee I need to pay?

the best way is if you note your cancellation online - here. After that you must call the hotline for the confermation.

Hello o2_Marc,

Thank you for replay. I just notice my O 2 Blue All-in L Flex doesn't have a fixed contract term, does that mean I'm able to cancel it on a 30 days notice?
