Can someone please help me in English ?

I am new O2 DSL customer. All I am trying to do is get a technician appointment , because my internet is not working on the date that it was supposed to work. I can't email about it. I can only call a hotline, but the minute they hear me speak English , all they say is "Nein" and cut off.  How am I supposed to book a technician then ? 

 

Please someone help me. I am really frustrated. I applied on 2nd November, today is 21st, and I still don't have internet. 

 

Just help me get a Deutch Telekom technician appointment.
