Cancellation/Return of SIM

I need to cancel the contract for phone number 0176xxxxx416. I ordered for a handy but my request was denied and I only received the sim card. My email to customer care is unreplied. I have received an invoive though I have not opened the sim package I recieved.

If you ordered the contract online or by phone, ou have 14 days to cancel the contract (Widerruf).
You must send the cancellation (Widerruf) via post or fax to the following address:

Hello Steffen, thank you for your reply. Since 14 days is already over (since 29th October) kindly advice me on the next steps to cancel the sim card. I had written to customer care the day after receiving the card but no reply. But since that ship is sailed, I would like to know what my options are at this point

did you use the same Adresse to contact the customer care?

It is the same Adress to send your Cancelation. Maybe you have a registered letter with a return advice?

Thank you for your reply. I contacted customer care by email ( customer service@o2.com) which I gave to the credit team ( bonitaet@telefonica.com ) Do you mean to say I need to send a letter? Or I should have sent a letter?

yes it is not possible to cancel via E-Mail.
