New Samsung Note 9 did not arrive twice by DHL

Well O2, you are shooting yourself in the leg with the crapy service of DHL .

I ordered from O2 shop in Berlin 10 days ago a Note 9 phone.
They did not have it in the shop so I agreed to get it by DHL.

I did not receive it first time. The driver says 1 minute after it is loaded to the van "The recipient is not to determine" - that's not the truth. By the way, the name is on the intercom and mailbox and I was at home all day.

Then DHL returned it to Telefonica / O2 the sender.eLDiAfter several lost hours of phone call with DHL and O2 and the shop, I managed to get a new order at my address yesterday

Yet SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! it was not delivered with the same false reason.

I want to cancel this order. I never want to trust O2 to deliver any phone by DHL.
The only thing I got every time after a single day is O2 invoice.

So you do not know how to get it but you DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY DELIVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

DHL are just lying. trying to talk with them is a complete waste of time!

I want to cancel this order now!

welcome to the o2-Community! Please excuse the inconvenience with your order. I think at christmas time dhl is always very busy. We will try to help you here 🙂 First of all: Is there a possibility to store the package i a DHL Shop or at a packing station? Have you tried to get the phone trough the shop again?

I'm verry sorry to say that you can't cancel your order in this community 😕 You have to speak to the shop.

Christmas is no excuse for DHL lying to its customers.

The shop do not have this phone at hand. This IS the source of the whole DHL fiasco

Is a pity that I do not like O2 because of DHL WORST experienceu
