Technician doesn‘t come


I have a problem with my DSL since the 9th of april. I already your customer service and registered my problem and they told me they will send a technician from Telekom to fix the problem, and he didn‘t come. The problem is after more than 5 weeks and 5 appointments the technician still didn‘t come, and whenever I call the customer service they tell me they can only take another appointment for me. What should i do now? I am almost certain that no matter how many appointments I take the technician won‘t come.

do you have a homebox?
If yes could you tell us the LED status of DSL and Internet?
The DSL and Internet LEDs are off, only thr WLAN LED is on

I ask O2 DSL for help. Give them a littel time to answer.

Actually in the beginning of the problem the DSL LED was on but the internet LED was off, after i registered the problem on the day the technician was supposed to come it stopped working and i got an sms saying that they started working on my issue but didn‘t solve it yet, this is 5 weeks ago.
DSL off means that your router (better the modem part of it) has no connection to the other side. On means that both side has a "physical" connection. A littelbit like pug in the ethernet cabel and get the green link light. So that Networkkard and switch agree to see eachother and handel out the speed (10/100/1000)[on DSL LED the speed agreement is a blink LED].
So your DSL LED off means no answer from the other side!
If the Internet LED go's on the you have a logical link (pppoe has "build" an connection).
And then you should be able to access to the internet.
Just for explain why asking for the LED.🤘🏾

I had a look into this. Unfortunately I can not see the reason why exactly the technician did not appear. I can only recommend to make sure that your name is on the buzzer,. that it is working and that there is an adult person at home for the apointment. PLease also ensure that the technician has access to the house wirings.
