I would like to share my bad experience with o2 service.
The INTERNET does NOT come yet.
I live in Bremen and have been using for DSL connection from last month.
Application date - 3 Nov 2018
Installation Date - 26 Nov
Today's date - 15 Dec
There is no internet at my home. I have contacted customer care many times to check the issue. They say my o2 router device is not proper. When I tried with other router as well, it does not work. When I goto o2 store, they say they can not help. I am helpless. I am just loosing time and money without internet.
Hope you understand I am not happy with the service. Can you please help me get the internet fixed and I did not use it until now.
