Hallo,

i have a problem from 2 months ago about my DSL that has not been solved. There is a problem with 'Zugangsp-PIN'. I had called the hotline number and they said i needed help (because i can not understand and speak german really good so i could not describe what was happening). Finally i am not using any Wi-Fi but still paying for that service until now. 😅

What should i do?

can you please explain the problem a little more detailed? What kind of router do you use and what error message do you get when you set it up?

dear staff,

my phone won’t be able to receive call & making call also. could you please help me, i’m in Sweden right now & this problem occurred for quite awhile…

@Sächsin Alter Schwede da hätte ich auch drauf kommen können. Mir kam das gleich spanisch vor.

I assume that your question does not concern a landline connection? As far as I can see you already were in contact with our customer service so I assume everything is working now?
