DSL not working after seven days

Just received a message on Twitter that I should post the message in this English forum.

As I already posted on the other forum and o2_Lars already gave me an response (not effective) I will do a briefly explanation.

I made a contract with O2 for internet services (DSL) on 24.11.2018. They asked me to wait until 11.12.2018 to the installation.

On 11.12.2018 the Deutsche Telekom came to my house and did the setup on the landline, asked me to wait 15 min and should be working. So this didn't happened.

I called to O2 with help of my colleagues and opened a ticket. 7349801.

Yesterday another Deutsche Telekom guy came to my house and worked on the landline outside the building.
He stayed there working for some minutes, came back to me and said that should be working in 15 minutes.
20 hours already passed and I still don't have the service working.

I am really disappointed with the lack of knowledge of O2 and Deutsche Telekom.

It's unbelievable that we are talking about a service which is paid and none of you can solve the problem within 7 days.

At 19:00 when I came back from the office I called the O2 Hotline, waited 35 minutes, and gave up.

As I didn't hear much from O2, I am planning today to go to O2 store and ask for cancellation for something I even started using.
