Address change appointment failed twice

Hello,

 

I have moved to a new falt (within the same apartment), and I have oredered a move with a suitable technician appointment. But I have not been contacted nor visited by a technician about the order. When no one came on the appointment day, I ordered another move with a new appointment (nearest one was 1 month later), and the same thing happened again. I have no internet connection for over a month despite the fact that I still pay the monthly bills. 

 

I am planning to take another appointment (a move order), but I am afraid no one will show up again.

 

I would like to learn if I am doing something wrong or is there anythink else to do.

I am sorry to hear there were iossues with moving your DSL connection. If you contact our DSL departement they will take every necessary step so you can use your DSL connection in your new flat as soon as possible :-)
