Unknown Deductions


Hi O2,
I have facing this from quite a while, but was ignoring it untill now. Each time I load my account with Guthaben and leave the money for future use. It some how gets deducted for some unknown reasons. For instance on 16 Jan 2019, I loaded my account with 15 euros so that I can buy 400 mb data (2.99 euros). This left my account with 13.07 euros and already activated O2 small plan (expires on 27 Jan ). This morning when I checked my account , its only left with 3.10 euros. Please give me an explanation where the money went.

You can check under "Mein o2" (or use the Mein o2 App) , for what the credit was used up.

Thanks for your reply. I checked and still no trace of where my money went. Kindly find the attachment. I loaded 15 euros. 2.99 gets deducted and then the balance shows 3.10 euros.

This is terrible. It seems whenever there is extra balance in my account, O2 music activates and deducts 4.49 euros from my account. I never use this service... This is bizzarre. How can I claim my money back? As I am scrolling down the logs, this has been happening from so long.
The log depicts that the money is deducted by O2 music download. This exactly gets activated at 7.04 am in the morning when mostly I am sleeping. So whatever is happening, its without my consent. No service can automatically start and deduct money from the account whenever you have money in it.
It seems that the o2 Music abo has been activated before and this subscription will be renewed automatically in the morning hours.

The data pack my o2 Data Pack M will only booked and activated If you answer with WEITER to the SMS you got.
