Hello,

 

I have sent multiple request (by post) for releasing my number (0179 **** **8) for portability and yet I haven’t heard back at all from O2, on which email address should I contact for this to work?

Hi!


The permission for mnp will be confirmed via SMS on your o2 prepaid card and you will then have 60 days to port your mobile phone number to another provider.

Just wait until an o2 employee answers and helps you. You may have to wait a few days.

You have already top up your credit exactly to 24,95 Euro? (porting fee)

Yes, I have more than sufficient balance on my account, and I am not sure why I did not receive any reply for the numerous letters (read as 5) sent by post so far
