PUK NUM
my uncle got his wallet stolen which had the card with the PUK NUM in it. now his phone is locked and need the puk num to unlock it but he does not have a mein o2 acc and cannot make one because the password was sent by sms and he cannot access his phone now. tried calling customer service but i dont speak german and could not understand anything. any help would be much appreciated!
