Multicard not working any more


I activated the multisim, paid 39,99 EUR, and everything was ok. Then I stoped using the second sim for a while, and now when I insert it in the mobile phone, it sayes “SIM not provisioned for voice”. I want to use it, what I need to do?

Did you already try to switch off your phone and to turn it on again?

Did you already test the sim-card in another phone?

Which device do you use with the sim-card?

 

If these suggestions do not come to any results, just come back here in our English Community.

I tried everything You mentioned, but still nothing. In every phone the same message. I tried the Sim in Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, Samsung Galaxy S10+ and S8+.

Do I see it correctly that you like to use the sim-card-number with 0042 at the end?

 

I just resetted the settings for you. Please turn off your device with the sim-card and turn it on again. I hope that you can use then the sim-card again. 

 

If not, please let me know.
