prepaid not possible

Hello team,

 

I cannot book any package for 30 mins already. log Out login did not work, please help ASAP. 

Getting below error: 

 

Ihr Auftrag konnte nicht durchgeführt werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut oder wenden Sie sich an unsere Prepaid Kundenbetreuung.

Thanks for the answer. 

Yes the issue is still persists. I would like to take prepaid M package. I have 27 euros in my account) but i think with that panic i clicked to charge directly. So please also help to change that so i want that money withdrawal from my o2 account 😜.
