change Bank account detail


Good time,

I open a new bank account and i want to change and I want to change my previous bank account information. How can i change this information?

You can request a change of your bank details via "Mein o2":

I have some problem with this link. I couldn’t open this link due to the wrong address or website problem or something else, when i open the link then when i wanted to change my bank account page i faced with a wrong address and i couldn’t change my bank account, and also i have problem with my app. I couldn't open my profile in my app and i think my app is locked. Thank you in advanced and it would be great if you help me.

should work. I just opend it via mobile phone and in my chrome browser via the desktop computer.

i have problem with my app. I couldn't open my profile in my app and i think my app is locked.  

Could you go a bit more into detail? What happend exactly and did you get some kind of error message on your phone?
