My phone was returned to O2 after unsuccessful shipment

Hi there,

I ordered a phone - with a new contract - from O2 on the 27th of November. Several invoices and my SIM cards arrived okay, but after several unsuccessful shipment DHL returned my phone (my name was not yet marked at the doorbells when these shipments (would have) happened). What can I do now, when should I expect my phone being shipped?

P.S.: Is it just me or it is a bit rude that O2's page is not translated to at least English. After all, Germany hosts lots of internationals. Anyway, thanks for helping.
