Mobile phone shipment status

Dear Concern, Today, I expect to receive parcel from the O2 company. As I put my shipping address to my friends home. I indicated the address as my alternative address. But, I wondering why DHL could not find my friend's address as it was written her name correctly in her mailbox.

In these circumstances, what would the next step?

thanks for your message.

I regret that your phone "Samsung Galaxy S9" in black could not be delivered to the address that you indicated.

As soon as the phone returns to us, we will deliver the phone to the correct address again. My colleague already adviced this to our delivery department.

Therefore, just have some days of patience.

Dear Tobias,
Thank you so much for your response. also, I want to change my address this time. Right now, I just received an email form O2 stated that the mobile phone is going back to you guys.
This time address should be:
XXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
12277, Berlin.
I can call to the customer service. But I can not speak properly in German.
So, right now, I'm bit confused.

The estimated delivery date of my shipment is today (09.04.19). I found this information through DHL shipment tracking. So, I'm waiting for that. I really appreciate your help and quick response.
