Hello, I paid 141 euros, for the mobile with tariff contract on 22.10.2107 and DHL did not deliver it cuz my name was not up on the door and did not even try again. I changed my address by calling the hotline with the help of a person from O2 shop as I don't know any German, on 03.11.2017. I received email upon change in address but there is no further information or contact from anyone at O2. My order number is WSHW26677236! If anyone of you could tell me something, the status, I'll be really thankful! Please note that I did receive my sim on this address and I have also received two bills from O2 in last week on the address which DHL didn't deliver.
