Wrong Contract

Hello,

Last week I got a call from your representative and my contract was extended. I told that I want to get 3GB high speed data in Euro 9.99 + EU Roaming + All net flat. But, just now I got a contract in my email for basic with just 200MB data (actually, it's the old contract that was extended). Could you please look into that.

Hi @Archie0407,

the change and extension of your contract was started on 16th September, and because any change of the tariff usually happens overnight, the email you received was just the first one confirming that your contract had been extended.
The next mail from yesterday confirmed the actual change of tariff with the discount you were promised and the extended data volume of 3 GB.

So things should now be as they were supposed to be, can you confirm this? 🙂
