Hey, We have taken contract with O2 a year ago. DSL connection in our building was only allowing for 16 mb/s we chose O2 home spot. Recently our building installed new cables for TV and we want to change to cable. How do we do that? We also want to take slightly bigger package of speed

a direct change from the MyHome-HomeSpot to the MyHome-Cabel-Tariff is not possible at this moment (neither through a simple tariff change, nor through contract extension). One option would be to cancel the MyHome-HomeSpot-Tarif and order the cable variant shortly before the homespot tariff ends. Sorry, that we can’t offer you a more direct option right now!
