S22 Ultra

I ordered a S22 Ultra last 27.4.2022. I already received the sim but not the phone yet. It says on the DHL website that the phone was misrouted. I called both DHL and O2 but were not of any help. O2 has now deducted my bank account. Is that reasonable?
