I have recently purchased a prepaid SIM card with 3.5GB of LTE data on it, and it has now expired. I am trying to upload my credit card information so I can replenish my balance and hopefully buy another pack of data, but I do not have a BIC or BLZ as my bank is based in the US. My package of data has expired yesterday, and I still cannot figure out how to enter in my information when it asks for things I don’t have. Additionally, although I am current residing in Germany, I cannot download the Mein O2 app because “the app is not available in my country”.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this and purchase another package. I would prefer to just type in my credit card information rather than deal with this BIC/BLZ/account number crap.
