New mobile contract added to my account without my knowledge


Hello O2 Team,

I am been billed for an amount of 39.99 euro with new mobile contract  for the month of april  & May 2022  without my prior approval 

i had not applied for this new mobile contract and neither using this new number 

I hereby request you to revoke this payment to my account and cancel the contract for the same

Have you been in contact with o2 recently regarding your contract? Have you received emails regarding this new contract?

Recently No one from O2 had contacted me regarding this new mobile contract ,also no emails where send to me regarding the new contract 

please help me to solve this issue , i had send a written post of my complaint  to your customer support in the following address on 09.05.2022

thanks a lot for your patience. I’ve contacted the contract department to get more info on the current status of your complaint. They should get in touch with you, soon. Please let us know, if something (or nothing) comes up after a week or so; we’ll then try a different contact to get some clarification on this matter.
