I want to change my tariff


I just bought a new o2 SIM and it came with o2 loop tariff, containing data, call minutes and sms worth a total of 9.99 Eur, to last for 1 month.
The plan will expire tomorrow 23.6.19 and I want to change to the data plan of 200MB per month, non renewable automatically. I tried to order for the package but thereafter, I discovered I should have deposited my bank account details before doing that.
Right now, the o2 loop account is still active; the new order I requested is till on, waiting to deduct the money if I deposit my bank account details.
I want to deactivate both accounts and start afresh so that I don't get debited by both pending requests at once.
Please how do I achieve that?
Because of this development, I have not deposited my bank account information yet, until I handle the issue.
Somebody please help me out.

Hi!

a) Log in to your My o2 account and then click on the following link: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/tarifdetails

b) Find your package in the list (o2 my prepaid S) and click on unsubscribe (Abbestellen)

c) Click on "Zum Laufzeitende" on the next screen and confirm (cancel the package at the end of the term)

d) The package ends on the given date

Which package would you like to use next?
If you choose the Surf on 200 MB package, please note: The package ends when the included data volume is exhausted (or after one month after booking), it is not a flat rate!
