Downgrading my existing tariff


Dear Customer Care Team,

I would like to know how can I downgrade my exisating tariff as I am not using the data package anymore. And, it would cost me extra money as long as I am using it.

Kindly help me with the procedure on downgrading my tariff.

dear Thomas92,

you just renewed your existing contract to an o2 Free M Boost with 20 GB in October. At the moment there is no way to downgrade it to a smaller contract. You can downgrade after one year of usage.

If this is the case, I would like to cancel my existing contract by the beginning of March.

Kindly help me with the cancellation process.

Last October, you extended the contract by 24 months. If you now send a contract termination, this will only apply from October 2020.

you can cancel your contract eariest to October 2020. You can't cancel your contract here in the forum, please do this by mail to the following address:
